GREAT NEWS! ROAR membership is no longer required to race with us! We have aquired a policy that covers everyone that shows up to race. Come race with us!

Track set-up will begin @ 7:30 am each morning. All members are requested to be present for track set up. Any help from non members is highly appreciated.

Rain-Outs will be posted to the web-site by 7am each sun. morning. E-mails will also be sent out, but the primary notification will be in the NEWS section of the web-site.

The CORRC track was recently expanded to accomodate 1/8 scale cars. A big thanks to all who helped make this happen. THE TRACK WILL BE HUGE if we so decide. However, we will design layouts that can be easily shortened for the 1/10 scale cars so both classes can get the most performance. Bring your tall rollout.

CORRC format is to use IFMAR starts with heats set up by the system on a random basis. We will then re-seat the 3rd qualifier based on your first two qualification runs. Mains will be run with all C-Mains then B-Mains and finally A-Mains.

Practice sessions will be timed and separate the electric from the gas cars. Each class (gas vs. electric) will have a 10-15 session of practice then cars will be pulled, and the next class will go out. Session lengths will be determined by # of cars in each class.

Gas mains will be 20 min for A mains, 15 min for B, 10 for C-Z mains

SUMMER RACING FEES:
Racing costs for the summer have been reduced due to lower overhead. The summer fee schdule is: $10 for the 1st car, $10 for the second for CORRC members.

Racing is $15 for the 1st car, $15 for the second for non-members.

Novice racer fees will be $5 flat rate regardless of membership status. Entry into novice class is at the discrecion of the race director.

The CORRC membership fee has been reduced to $50 effective immediately due to lower costs and our first season of carpet racing completed. Membership for 18 years old or younger is $35.

Summer series news: The series will be a "Reedy race style" with best 4 out of 8 races seeding to be eligible for the final race. The final series race held on the last race day of the season will take the top 10 points qualifiers (using best 4 races) in each class (19t, and gas 1/10 only).

The electric class will run triple A mains. 1/10 Gas will run a one hour gas main to determine the series winner.

All other classes and racers will also run this day as a regular race day for these entries.

Series races will be held every race week with the exception of the first and last race. As we will take the 4 best of 8 races, the more you race the better your odds of making the series (and season) finale.
